Our Story
Nuestra Historia
Ciao Amore was born from a dream — and a little bit of courage. Stefano and Claudia left the sun-drenched shores of Sardinia in 2023 to bring something Miami was missing: real Italian gelato, made the way it's supposed to be made.
Every flavor starts with quality. A big part of our ingredients are imported directly from Italy — because shortcuts have no place here. What you taste in every scoop is the same gelato we grew up eating back home. Nothing more, nothing less.
We didn't open a shop. We opened a piece of our home.
Ciao Amore nació de un sueño — y un poco de valentía. Stefano y Claudia dejaron las soleadas costas de Cerdeña en 2023 para traer algo que Miami no tenía: gelato italiano de verdad, hecho como debe hacerse.
Todo empieza con la calidad. Gran parte de nuestros ingredientes se importan directamente de Italia — porque los atajos no tienen cabida aquí. Lo que pruebas en cada cucharada es el mismo gelato con el que crecimos en casa. Nada más, nada menos.
No abrimos una tienda. Abrimos un pedazo de nuestro hogar.
